BFC Lord's Ashes Drinks

Batting for Change came together last night to support tertiary and vocational education despite a washed out day at Lord's. More than 50 supporters, whose spirits were not dampened by the rain in England, met at the Woollahra Hotel and raised over $5,000 for the LBW Trust and BFC's work in developing, cricket-playing nations. Guests heard from BFC Committee Members Ted Alexander and Matt de Groot, and from LBW Trust Director Mike Coward, who shared some of his Ashes memories and provided analysis for the rest of the series. A big thank you goes to Young Henrys for generously providing beverages for the event and to the Woollahra Hotel for hosting a wonderful evening.
