Save the date for the 13th Annual LBW Trust Dinner - March 2, 2019 at the SCG

We are delighted to share with you that the 13th Annual LBW Trust Dinner will be held on March 2, 2019, at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

Our Guest of Honour will be acclaimed batsman and former Sri Lankan captain Mahela Jayawardene. An eminent cricketer, now coach and restauranteur, Jayawardene's 374 against South Africa is still the highest score by a right handed batsman in the history of test cricket. Guests will also hear from LBW Scholarship Alumni Victor Chaitezvi. Initially a promising young cricketer, Victor overcame significant personal hardship to access tertiary education at the University of Western Cape via our South African partner Sports Skills for Life Skills. Victor is now a leading entrepreneur in South Africa, with social enterprises across the USA and Africa. Victor will share his inspiring story with us, as he continues the legacy of the founders of The LBW Trust to level the global playing field in education.
